Storm rolled over the MOB by a score of 6 - 0
Both teams got off to a sluggish start with only one shot on net each for the first half of the first period and then the Storm turned on the jets. Wasn't as many stick related penalties as I expected so it looks like some of the players are starting to adapt:D.
Should be an excelant rematch tomorrow afternoon (1 pm start) and we'll see if lightning can strike twice.

I thought the game had to many penalties and neither team could get anything going. but the storm have an awesome powerplay. the MOB need to stay out of the box or they are going to have a long season. way to go storm good game

Yes there was too many penalties but a lot of them were elbows or interference calls. Not that many "stick" related calls (hooking and slashing..etc.)

Throw a stick in the slot. Then, once the two defensemen have tripped over the stick, have a player go on, fan on the shot, and get a lucky five hole goal. Works every time!

Also make sure to have a 1st period goalie, 2nd period goalie, 3rd period goalie, and if needed, an overtime goalie and a shootout goalie.
