Dragon win 7 - 6 .
In what should have been a good fast high hitting game, the ref made all the difference with his questionalbe calling.
Dragons came out shooting early to draw first blood before the Storms tied it up. The Dragons then scored the next three to take a 4 - 1 lead. The Storm finally responded with two quick ones to bring it to within one before finishing their scoring to bring the score to 6 - 4 in the Storm favor. But the Dragons wern't finished. They were able to score three in a row (with a lot of help from the ref) to win the game.
Good game played by the Dragons, failed to see what TS and the others were complaining about.

Agreed, Hergenhein has put his stamp on the team, and in the process also gave Hegberg a little pressure. I think the addition of a proven hockey mind is exactly what the Dragons needed to be successful!

I agree, but I think that the hiring a GM it has taken the pressure off the coach and all he has to think about is coaching the team. Last home game I saw against the Oilers, the coaching staff looked like they were doing what they should have being doing, talking to players and showing them on a white board what they should have done on the ice.

It's good to see some improvement with the way things were going. The presence of a proven winner behind the bench, one who has been working to develop young talent for years, has either shown the Hegberg the way to do it, or else told Hegberg to get better or get out. Anyways, somebody made a comment about issues between the pipes, and now that Drayton Valley's Tyler Pugh is on the block, with a 2.74 GAA in 12 decisions (with an admittedly better defensive core), anybody think Hergenhein may pull the trigger on the VERY inconsistant LaRose?

gone to the Q

Okay. Didn't know that. Figured because he was on the reserve roster, and with Pinsent in Drayton Valley that Pugh was on the block. My bad...
